As the season changes and cooler weather sets in, the beauty of autumn is visible across the estate. New colours are enhancing the landscape with falling leaves turning red, yellow and orange.
Our development team has made great progress so far in 2024. Stages 9A, B and C in Fairways North are officially completed, adding 137 lots to our community. Land registration for 9A and 9B has been received, the acoustic wall is complete and landscaping well underway. Pleasingly, stages 10A and B in Fairways West are on track for registration mid-year.
Our highly anticipated Bingara Gorge Bike Park has received approval with construction to commence mid-year. In more positive community facilities news, Homestead Park is now approved with work soon to commence.
A development application is being prepared for the Condell Park Homestead restoration which will upon approval bring this heritage asset back to its former glory for the community to enjoy. Late last year, pleasing news was delivered for shoppers with our retail neighbourhood site sold to Coles to improve the estate’s convenience retail offering.
