Summer is a vibrant time in Bingara Gorge as long days

We are pleased to share the latest updates on our growing
community. Registered land in 2024 included 148 lots across
Stages 9A-C and 1K, while Stages 10A-B are set to register
in early 2025, offering stunning elevated views of the golf
course’s main lake and Condell Park Homestead.
Construction is well underway on Fairways North Park, with
completion anticipated by mid-2025, adding an exciting
new space for residents to gather and play. Homestead
Park is also on track to begin building works in early 2025,
continuing to expand the amenities available within our
community.
