Meet the locals

They say that it’s the people that make a place - so pop
on the kettle, take a seat and get to know some of your
new neighbours.

Bingara Locals
ASH & KURTIS
Ash and Kurtis were drawn to Bingara Gorge’s community hub.

"We're both really active and love the outdoors. Access to the golf course and pools as well as all of the open spaces to walk our dogs is perfect for us. Bingara Gorge has large sized blocks compared to other estates in the area with many beautiful homes already built which also appealed to us. Some of our good friends are also building down the road too."

"We are envisioning our new home to have a balcony overlooking the golf course that is right across the road and a giant alfresco out the back for BBQs and cocktail time. In the near future we hope to expand our family and think Bingara Gorge will be the perfect community for that."

Bingara Locals
Jessica & Jeremy
Jessica and Jeremy grew up in the Liverpool region and regularly drove past Bingara Gorge on their way to Wollongong.

"The estate's bushland environment and large open spaces always captured our attention. We have watched Bingara Gorge grow over several years. A large land parcel has been purchased to build our dream home on for my husband and I, sister and future children. We can’t wait to be part of a growing community that appreciates an outdoor lifestyle."

Bingara Locals
KIM & Marco
Resident Kim and her husband Marco purchased their first home in Bingara Gorge 10 years ago.

"We drive out to have a look at a display home and fell in love with the estate. A deposit was placed on land the same day and we never looked back. We love that Bingara Gorge has a semi-rural feel and is close to Wollongong's beaches and Macarthur Square. Our second home is currently being built in Bingara Gorge and we can’t wait to move the family into our dream home and start the next chapter of our lives."
