WAYNE AND KAREN
RESIDENT SINCE 2013
When did you first move to Bingara Gorge?

"We moved into Bingara Gorge in 2013."

Why did you originally decide to more to Bingara Gorge?

"After receiving mail advertising Bingara Gorge we used it as excuse to go for a Sunday drive. We had no intention of selling or moving but we thought we would drop in to see what it was like and have lunch at the cafe. We loved the ambiance of the estate, the promised facilities of a golf course, a gym & pool, as well as a bistro and a restaurant in a semi-rural estate still within an hour of my work. We loved it so much we put our house on the market and a deposited on a block shortly afterwards. We still love it for the same reasons."

What is your favourite feature of Bingara Gorge and why?

"There is not one feature of Bingara Gorge we like more than any other. It is the total package of beautiful houses, tree line streets, a picturesque golf course, great facilities, regular social events and most importantly a sense of community. The majority of people in Bingara share common values of family, pride in where they live, mutual respect and wanting to be a part of a community that supports each other."

Why would you recommend Bingara Gorge to others?

"It is a great place to live! It has everything you would ever want to be happy and enjoy life in a safe supportive environment. Our daughter has just built in the estate as she knows that Bingara is a great place to live and raise children."

"We moved here in December 2014, rented for 15months while we waited for our land to be registered."

Why did you originally decide to more to Bingara Gorge?

"The reason we decided to move our young family to the area was because of land size and affordability. We also loved the idea that it was home to a successful and amazing primary school and there were plenty of parks and walking trails for the kids to play and ride their bikes."

What is your favourite feature of Bingara Gorge and why?

"The open spaces with plenty of trees and ponds to accommodate the local wildlife and family friendly cafes and shops."

Why would you recommend Bingara Gorge to others?

"We are so lucky to call Bingara home, the estate has a wonderful community feel where everyone is happy to help. With a large variety of age groups calling Bingara home there is something for everyone. Whether this is playing in the park with the kids, keeping fit at the gym, playing golf or just enjoying the peace and quiet after a day at work."
