Bingara Gorge for your everyday conveniences.
The existing village includes a Woolworths Metro, Wilton Medical Centre and Dental, pharmacy, BWS, café, bakery, barber, beauty salon and restaurants.
To support Wilton’s rapidly expanding population and increasing retail demand, Metro Property Development (Metro) has sold its retail neighbourhood centre site in Bingara Gorge to Coles.
Wollondilly Shire Council approved a development application in June 2023 for a full-line supermarket, complementary speciality stores, convenient car parking and click and collect services.
The centre will create a vibrant gathering place for the community where residents and visitors can shop or meet friends. It is centrally located with interconnected walking and cycle paths to the broader neighbourhood.
