Welcome to our Summer community newsletter. Summer in Bingara Gorge is a busy time of year with the festive spirit on full display to mark the holiday season. Christmas lights are shining brightly across the estate to add extra sparkle and cheer.
During the summer period and school holidays it is great to witness more outdoor gatherings in the wide-open spaces that have been built for residents to enjoy. Our development team continues to deliver more homes. Pleasingly, registration has been achieved for Stages 8B – 8D, 8E is due this month and Stages 9A – C anticipated early in 2024. In a new precinct, Fairways West Stages 10A – B, construction has started with registration expected in mid-2024.
Work to deliver more first-class community facilities continues with the imminent approval of Homestead Park. Bingara Gorge’s Bike Park application has been lodged and council approvals for the Country Club are anticipated early 2024 and golf bridges mid-2024.
