The Domain Sustainability in Property Report 2022 revealed that sustainable homes receive around 8.7 per cent more listing views and apartments 5.5 per cent more.
This report also found that sustainable homes sell for a significant price premium, with buyers and sellers paying an average of $125,000 more for energy-efficient houses and $72,750 for apartments.
