The team has made great progress in recent months with several notable milestones.

Since acquiring Bingara Gorge in 2021, we have delivered more than 750 land lots to our growing community and registration is now imminent for a further 104 lots at Fairways West.

Construction is now underway on the new bike park, a great addition the whole family will love. Stretching around 2.5km and accessible from Reginald Circuit, it will include a pump track and a skills track, giving residents of all ages a fun new way to move outdoors and stay active together.

Homestead Park will also open to residents very soon, delivering another state-of-the-art recreational space for the family to play and picnic together.

We are also pleased to share that construction of the Coles supermarket is tracking well, with completion expected in early 2027. Coles will be joined by Liquorland and other retailers still to be announced, and with roofs on and the fit-out well underway, the added convenience is not far away.

External approvals for the golf bridges have now been received, great news for the community allowing easier movement across the estate. We are finalising the construction certificate, with construction targeted to begin early in 2027.

Restoration of the heritage-listed Condell Park Homestead continues, with completion anticipated in early 2027. Having dedicated the homestead to Wollondilly Council, they are now seeking a tenant, such as a café to bring this space to life.
